Position: The journalist in this position is responsible for covering immigration for both Sowetan digital and print platforms. They will report on immigration trends in South Africa, legislation around immigration, crime and corruption around borders, and the political issues surrounding immigration, especially as they pertain to the 2024 election. The journalist should also use both visual and audio formats as a form of storytelling.
